I had a great experience with a pretty bad case, 7 root canals. I was referred here after having an awful time at another dentist. I was super anxious throughout the entire process which took place over a couple of weeks and all the staff were extremely patient and supportive. I haven’t had any tooth pain since and I can’t say I regret coming here.

Columbia Dental has great staff. From the moment you walk into the office, the front receptionist Sierra always greets you with a smile. She checks in with you in a timely manner. The dentist assistants Charlene and Sara are extremely helpful and friendly. Doctor Harper does an excellent job! He does his work thoroughly and checks for patients' comfort throughout the whole appointment. I dreaded dentist appointments until I started coming here. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone!

I just had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed here at this office and I must say the dentist who did the extractions was very patient and professional. She made sure I was comfortable and explained her every move before proceeding. Her assistant was also very pleasant. He also made me feel comfortable and gave me simple instructions on follow-up care. Together they made a great professional team. I would recommend this office to others for wisdom teeth removal. Also on another plus side, the office was clean and sterile.

I don’t know why the reviews are so low. The front desk lady was so wonderful and so was Dr. Lee! They took me in super quick when I made an appointment the same week. Also super helpful about making me feel calm when getting my wisdom teeth out. Would recommend!

We had such great experiences with Dr Gilkes. My son had to come in for 8 (!?!) cavities over 4 sessions. Dr is kind, patient, and does good work. Don’t judge by the exterior of the building, this is a good place.

We had a great experience here. Deanna, the office manager was incredibly kind and helpful upon our arrival. She made everyone feel completely comfortable. I was with my elderly mother, and everyone was really respectful of her. Martha spoke to us with care and patience, and Doctor Huang was really kind as well. They were encouraging, patient, and helpful. They treated us like partners in the procedure and asked for our thoughts. Sometimes, when you go to a medical office, everything is very secretive, which obviously is necessary due to privacy laws. The people in this office knew what actually needed to be kept secret and what could be discussed. That helped a lot with our comfort level. I felt like we were involved in our care. I really recommend this Columbia Dental.

So today my anxiety was at a all high because I needed an tooth extracted out I cried and cried not knowing how it was going to go but I must say my visit was pleasant thanks to Dr Suer,domoris and angy made sure I was at ease and I was in and out thank y'all for making my anxiety go away I felt safe and trusted the outcome I will definitely recommend to others

I have a very real dental phobia. I am genuinely terrified of going to the dentist. I didn't sleep last night, and woke up nauseous, thinking about canceling. I didn't. Why? Because of Dr Paul. While I'm terrified of the dentist, I went with my daughter to see him when she needed dental care. I saw how wonderful he was, the whole staff on Monday is fabulous. Naz, the hygienist, and Patty, the receptionist are all genuinely wonderful people who do their best to make you feel comfortable. There is no pressure to do a lot of stuff, I was just given my options, and they were all explained thoroughly.
Today was just a first step for me. I have some work ahead of me, and while I'm still scared, I'm happy with the plan that Dr Paul made with me.
I don't know exactly how I'll pay for this dental work, but I'll find a way. I'll go back to being able to eat comfortably and smiling again.

The warmth and professionalism displayed in this office is heartening even before you get into a chair. The dentist that I saw, Dr Swain, was incredibly skilled and precise in her work, knowledgeable and kind. Having had to have a longer procedure, I had ample opportunity to gain the measure of her character and skills and I am very impressed.

I would highly recommend anyone come to this dentist, even if simply because of my experience with Dr. Swain.

I brought my 3 kids there yesterday, my 2 years old twin and 12 years old son. It was an Extremely warm welcome from the Office Manager Deana, she was very nice and friendly and my kids felt loved by her. Overall everyone else was awesome very great service. I am stuck with this place for my kids. I highly recommend families to this dental location Rocky Hill Columbia. Keep up the hard work workers. Peace

I went to Columbia Dental today to have 3 broken teeth out. The main doctor who does this was absolutely phenomenal! I have dental anxiety and he really put my mind at ease and made me laugh, the dental assistant was very kind to me as well. I would definitely go here again and I am not as afraid anymore. Thank you!
